Bar Hemingway is a tiny cocktail bar in the Ritz in Paris. It was originally called the Ladies’ bar. They open every night at 5:30, and there is a queue!
I tried to get in on my last trip, but didn’t make the first group when they opened and didn’t want to wait for a table to open up. After running around Paris all day, the last thing I typically want to do is stand in line for an expensive drink. Especially when the estimate was 1.5 hours.
We finally got in a few days ago, after waiting only 45 minutes. We met up with a couple we had met at Harry’s NY bar. It was a great time!
